Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR MINÉRIO SINTERIZADO. Em um método para produzir minério sinterizado que obtém minério sinterizado por granulação de matéria-prima composta para sinterização, incluindo pó de minério de ferro por múltiplos tipos de marcas por um granulador e matéria-prima granulada obtida por sinterização para sinterização por uma máquina de sinterização, 80% em massa ou mais de umidade para ser adicionado durante a granulação é fornecido com um diâmetro médio de gotícula não menor que 120 µm e não maior que 2000 µm a fim de dispersar eficientemente a umidade na matéria-prima composta para sinterização no granulador e, assim, aumentar a permeabilidade ao gás de uma camada carregada de matéria-prima de sinterização em um palete de máquina de sinterização formado por matéria-prima granulada para sinterização, para maior produtividade de minério sinterizado.
