Abstract

DETECÇÃO RÁPIDA DO VÍRUS SARS-COV-2 IMPLEMENTÁVEL NO CAMPO. A presente divulgação refere-se a métodos que usam a enzima CRISPR-Cas13, complexada com RNAs guia de crRNA de SARS-CoV-2 para detectar e quantificar a presença de RNA de SARS-CoV-2 em uma amostra com especificidade e sensibilidade aprimoradas. Esses métodos podem ser usados para diagnosticar a infecção por SARS-CoV-2, quantificar a concentração de RNA de SARS-CoV-2 presente em uma amostra, identificar a presença de diferentes variantes, subtipos ou mutações de emenda de SARS-CoV-2 e monitorar reativação da transcrição de SARS-CoV-2.
