Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA DE EDIÇÃO DE GENOMA MULTIPLEX. A presente invenção refere-se ao campo de engenharia genética de plantas. Em particular, a invenção refere-se a um método e a um sistema de edição de genoma multiplex aplicável a plantas, especialmente cultura cultivada. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se a método e sistema que são baseados em nickase de CRISPR, e permite que vários tipos de edição de genoma sejam realizados simultaneamente.
