Abstract

MÉTODO PARA MODIFICAÇÃO DIRECIONADA DE UMA SEQUÊNCIA DE GENOMA DE PLANTA. A presente invenção refere-se ao campo da engenharia genética de plantas. Especificamente, a presente invenção refere-se a um método para modificação direcionada de uma sequência do genoma vegetal. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção refere-se a um método para modificação direcionada de uma sequência específica no genoma de planta em uma sequência alvo de interesse por uma proteína de fusão nuclease-transcriptase reversa guiada por um RNA guia, uma planta geneticamente modificada produzida pelo referido método e progênies da referida planta.
