Abstract

MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA MEDIR O PH DE UMA SOLUÇÃO, E, USOS DE UMA CÉLULA ELETROQUÍMICA DE TRÊS ELETRODOS E DE UM SISTEMA. A presente invenção provê um método mais sensível e preciso de monitoramento do pH de uma solução, em que o pH da solução é quantificado em função da resposta eletroquímica da solução em uma célula eletroquímica de dois ou três eletrodos, em que a solução compreende um composto capaz de sofrer uma alteração no seu estado de oxidação e/ou conformação estrutural em função do pH da solução. A presente invenção também provê métodos e processos altamente acelerados que permitem a análise de sequências de polinucleotídeo específicas em uma amostra, por exemplo, uma amostra biológica. Os métodos da invenção são, por exemplo, úteis para triagem rápida de uma grande quantidade de amostras em um ambiente de ponto de atendimento.
