Abstract
SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE AMOSTRAS. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e dispositivos para isolar ou enriquecer moléculas alvo de uma amostra usando lise, fragmentação e purificação por afinidade, por exemplo, usando scodaforese, são fornecidos neste documento. Em modalidades particulares, um dispositivo para enriquecer uma molécula alvo de uma amostra biológica é caracterizado pelo fato dos dispositivos compreenderem um módulo de preparação de amostra automatizado compreendendo um compartimento do cartucho que é configurado para receber um cartucho removível.
