MÉTODOS E MATERIAIS PARA AVALIAÇÃO DE ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS. A presente invenção refere-se a sistemas, kits, composições e métodos para preparação de bibliotecas de seqüênciamento e fluxo-grama de seqüênciamento (por exemplo, para a identificação de mutações). Em certas modalidades, a invenção fornece sistemas e métodos de geração de códigos de barras idênticos para ambas as fitas moldes e enriquecimento baseado em PCR de cada fita que não requerem captura por hibridização.
