Abstract
SISTEMA HÍBRIDO DE ACIONAMENTO PARA UM HELICÓPTERO. A invenção se refere a um sistema híbrido de acionamento (4) composto por controladores (5, 7, 11) e um veio de acionamento (3) de um helicóptero que possui um rotor principal (1) que é conectado a uma caixa de engrenagens e pode manter uma atitude de voo predefinida por um piloto estável. O sistema híbrido de acionamento compreende um controlador piloto (5), bem como um propulsor de combustão interna (VM) (6) e um motor elétrico (EM) (10) que se engatam diretamente no veio de acionamento (3). O propulsor de combustão interna (6) é conectado a um controlador de propulsor de combustão interna (7), e o motor elétrico (10) é conectado a um controlador de motor elétrico (11). De acordo com a invenção, um sensor de torque (17) e um tacômetro (18) estão localizados no veio de acionamento (3), em que tanto o controlador do propulsor de combustão interna (7) quanto o controlador do motor elétrico (11) podem receber valores da velocidade de rotação atual (DZ) e do torque atual (DM) durante a operação. Valores predefinidos da velocidade de rotação (DZ0) e do torque (DM0), com os quais o propulsor de combustão interna (6) pode aumentar sua eficiência ótima, são armazenados e podem ser recuperados pelo controlador do motor elétrico (11), e o anterior (DZ0) também pode ser recuperado para o controlador do propulsor de combustão interna (7). Uma primeira diretiva é armazenada no controlador do motor elétrico (11) para sempre aplicar uma força de acionamento ou frenagem do motor elétrico (10) ao veio de acionamento (3), dita força sendo tal que o propulsor de combustão interna (6), quando atingiu ou quando mantém a velocidade de rotação ótima (DZ0) no veio de acionamento (3), gera automaticamente, no referido veio de acionamento (3), o torque (DM0) ao qual atinge a potência ótima do motor. A invenção também se refere a um método correspondente.
