Abstract
PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA A DESPOLIMERIZAÇÃO DE PLÁSTICO RESIDUAL. Um processo e sistema de fluxo contínuo para despolimerização de plástico. Uma mistura heterogênea de partículas de plástico, um solvente e um catalisador são bombeados continuamente através de uma zona de aquecimento a uma vazão elevada o suficiente para manter uma velocidade das partículas grande o suficiente para manter as partículas de plástico em suspensão. A temperatura da mistura heterogênea é elevada na zona de aquecimento e mantida em uma zona de retenção para completar a despolimerização da mistura em uma solução homogênea contendo um produto de reação liquefeito. A solução homogênea é resfriada para solidificar e precipitar um produto de reação sólido. O produto de reação sólido é separado do solvente a ser reciclado. O solvente é recirculado para ser reusado como um constituinte da mistura heterogênea.
