Abstract

La presente solicitud se relaciona con un proceso para la produccion de gránulos a partir de una composicion líquida con una produccion de polvo disminuida, dicho proceso comprende las etapas de: aplicar la composicion líquida sobre las partículas solidas que se mantienen en un movimiento continuo por un flujo de gas en una zona de granulacion de un granulador oblongo, depositando y solidificando por lo tanto dicha composicion líquida alrededor de dichas partículas solidas para incrementar el tamano de las partículas y formando por lo tanto partículas solidas crecientes; descargar un flujo de dichas partículas solidas crecientes de la zona de granulacion, dividir, en un aparato de clasificacion de tamano, dicho flujo de dichas partículas solidas crecientes en flujos individuales con base en el tamano de dichas partículas solidas crecientes para producir por lo tanto flujos de partículas solidas crecientes de tamano deseado subdimensionadas y sobredimensionadas; transferir dicho flujo de dichas partículas solidas crecientes sobredimensionadas a un aparato que reduce el tamano; triturar dicho flujo de dichas partículas solidas crecientes sobredimensionadas en dicho aparato que reduce el tamano, reduciendo por lo tanto el tamano de partícula de dichas partículas solidas crecientes sobredimensionadas y produciendo por lo tanto un flujo de partículas solidas trituradas en donde dicho flujo de partículas solidas trituradas se introduce en el granulador en un lugar por debajo del lugar donde el flujo de gas sale del granulador.
