Abstract
PROCESSO PARA CONTROLE DO TRATAMENTO DE FLUIDO DE REFUGO GERADO DURANTE UM PROCESSO PETROQUÍMICO USANDO UM INCINERADOR. Um processo para tratar o fluido de refugo gerado durante um processo petroquímico (4), em que o fluido de refugo compreende pelo menos uma primeira corrente de efluente com base em água (8) e pelo menos uma segunda corrente de fluido de refugo com base em fluido orgânico (10), em que o processo compreende as seguintes etapas: a) submeter a pelo menos uma primeira corrente de efluente com base em água (8) o pelo menos um estágio de concentração em congelamento (24) de modo a produzir uma terceira corrente de água limpa (26) e uma quarta corrente de efluente com base em água concentrada (28), b) submeter o pelo menos uma segunda corrente de fluido de refugo com base em fluido orgânico (10) o pelo menos um estágio de separação (30) de modo a produzir uma quinta corrente de produto purificado (32) e uma sexta corrente de fluido de refugo com base em fluido orgânico concentrada (34), c) encaminhar a quarta corrente de efluente com base em água concentrada (28) e a sexta corrente de fluido de refugo com base em fluido orgânico concentrada (34) a um incinerador (16) e incinerar as correntes (28, 34) no incinerador (16), sendo o processo controlado de modo que a incineração da sexta corrente de fluido de refugo com base em fluido orgânico concentrada (34) gere pelo menos 70% da energia necessária para incinerar a quarta corrente de efluente com base em água concentrada (28).
