Abstract
MÉTODOS RELACIONADOS COM A TOXICIDADE E RESPOSTA ASSOCIADA COM TERAPIA CELULAR PARA TRATAMENTO DE MALIGNIDADES DE CÉLULA B. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para determinar o risco de toxicidade (por exemplo, neurotoxicidade) e/ou a probabilidade de resposta a uma terapia celular. Em alguns aspectos, os métodos geralmente envolvem avaliação dos parâmetros ou biomarcadores (por exemplo, analitos de sangue) que são associados com toxicidade e/ou resposta.
