Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO DE BORRACHA PARA UM FORRO INTERNO PARA PNEUS DE VEÍCULOS. A invenção se refere a uma composição de borracha, que compreende uma componente de borracha, que compreende pelo menos uma borracha halobutílica selecionada a partir do grupo que consiste em borracha bromobutílica e borracha clorobutílica; e compreende um componente de enchimento, pelo menos um material de enchimento F1, que possui um teor de 14C na faixa de 0,20 a 0,45 Bq/g carbono; possui um teor de carbono na faixa de 60% em peso a 85% em peso em relação ao material de enchimento livre de cinzas e livre de água; apresenta uma superfície STSA na faixa de 10 m2/g do material de enchimento a 50 m2/g do material de enchimento; e apresenta, em sua superfície, grupos hidroxila ácidos; e, sendo que a proporção de borracha halobutílica na composição de borracha é de 70 a 100 phr. A invenção se refere adicionalmente a uma composição de borracha vulcanizável e vulcanizada à base da composição de borracha especificada anteriormente, a um kit de peças para a produção da composição de borracha vulcanizável, assim como a um processo para a produção da composição de borracha e da composição de borracha vulcanizável. Além disso, a invenção se refere a um processo para o processamento adicional da composição de borracha vulcanizável, no qual são moldadas tiras que se adequam em um processo para a produção de um pneu em forma cortada como forros internos. A invenção se refere, além disso, ao uso da lignina carbonizada hidrotermicamente acima mencionada para a produção de composições de borracha para forros internos.
