Abstract
La invención se refiere a una composición de caucho, que comprende un componente de caucho, que comprende al menos un caucho de halobutilo seleccionado del grupo que está constituido por caucho de bromobutilo y caucho de clorobutilo, y un componente de carga, comprende al menos una carga F1, que tiene un contenido en 14C en el intervalo de 0,20 a 0,45 Bq/g de carbono; tiene un contenido en carbono en el intervalo del 60 % en peso al 85 % en peso con respecto a la carga libre de ceniza y libre de agua; presenta una superficie STSA en el intervalo de 10 m/g de carga a 50 m/g de carga; y en su superficie presenta grupos hidroxilo ácidos; y en la que la proporción de caucho de halobutilo en la composición de caucho asciende a de 70 a 100 phr. Además, la invención se refiere a una composición de caucho vulcanizable y a una composición de caucho vulcanizada que se basa en la composición de caucho mencionada anteriormente, a un kit de piezas para la preparación de la composición de caucho vulcanizable así como a procedimientos para la preparación de la composición de caucho y de la composición de caucho vulcanizable. Además, la invención se refiere a un procedimiento para el procesamiento posterior de la composición de caucho vulcanizable, en el que se moldean bandas que son adecuadas en un procedimiento para la fabricación de un neumático en forma cortada a medida como revestimiento interior. La invención se refiere además al uso de la lignina carbonizada de manera hidrotérmica mencionada anteriormente para la preparación de composiciones de caucho para revestimiento interior.
