Abstract
APARELHO DE EXIBIÇÃO. Trata a presente invenção de aparelho de exibição que, de acordo com uma modalidade, compreende: um substrato de exibição; uma pluralidade de elementos emissores de luz dispostos no substrato de exibição; camadas de barreira de luz dispostas entre cada par dos elementos emissores de luz; e uma camada transparente cobrindo os elementos emissores de luz e as camadas de barreira de luz, em que cada um dos elementos emissores de luz compreende: uma primeira subunidade de LED; uma segunda subunidade de LED disposta na primeira subunidade de LED; e uma terceira subunidade de LED disposta na segunda subunidade de LED, estando a terceira subunidade de LED disposta mais próxima da superfície superior do elemento emissor de luz do que a primeira subunidade de LED.
