Abstract

SUPEREXPRESSÃO DE PHO13 PARA PRODUÇÃO DE ETANOL AUMENTADA POR LEVEDURA. A presente invenção refere-se a composições e métodos que se relacionam à levedura modificada que superexpressa PHO13. A levedura demonstra produção de etanol aumentada a partir de glicose em comparação com células parentais. Tal levedura é particularmente útil para produção de etanol em larga escala a partir de substratos de amido.
