Abstract
ENZIMA DE GLICOSILTRANSFERASE DEPENDENTE DE URIDINA DIFOSFATO. Em vários aspectos, a presente invenção fornece enzimas glicosiltransferase dependentes de urdina difosfato (UGT) capazes de catalisar a transferência de uma fração de monossacarídeo de um NDP-açúcar para o carbono 3' de uma fração de açúcar de um substrato, tal como um glicano terpenoide, funcionando assim como uma 1-3 UGT. Em outros aspectos, a invenção fornece polinucleotídeos que codificam a 1-3 UGT e células hospedeiras compreendendo os mesmos.
