Abstract
motivo ppr, uso do motivo ppr, proteína capaz de se ligar a um ácido nucleico alvo, proteína de fusão, métodos para modificar uma proteína ppr contendo o motivo ppr, para manipular um ácido nucleico, para detectar um ácido nucleico e para produzir um organismo, ácido nucleico, vetor, e, célula. a fim de aperfeiçoar a propriedade de agregação da proteína ppr, o aminoácido a6 do primeiro motivo ppr (m1) a partir do terminal n (m1) é configurado para ser mais hidrofílico. além disso, o aminoácido a9 de m1 é configurado para ser um aminoácido hidrofílico ou glicina. o aminoácido a6 é preferivelmente asparagina ou ácido aspártico, e o aminoácido a9 é preferivelmente glutamina, ácido glutâmico, lisina ou glicina. proteínas incluindo tais motivos ppr como o motivo m1 têm não só uma propriedade de agregação aperfeiçoada, mas também alta afinidade a um ácido nucleico alvo.
