Abstract
método e dispositivo para regenerar um solvente de celulose a partir de um processo de fiação. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo e um dispositivo para regenerar um solvente para celulose em um processo de produção de artigo de celulose moldado, compreendendo as etapas de iniciar um processo contínuo para a produção de artigos de celulose moldados sólidos a partir de uma solução de celulose que compreende as etapas de: i) prover uma solução de celulose de celulose dissolvida e um solvente de celulose e preferivelmente um não solvente, particularmente de preferência água, ii) moldar a solução de celulose em um formato geométrico desejado, iii) consolidar a solução de celulose moldada em artigos de celulose moldados em um líquido de coagulação, iv) lavar os artigos de celulose moldados, em que mediante o início e/ou durante o processo contínuo, o resíduo do artigo moldado da solução de celulose se acumula em uma forma indesejada, coletando o resíduo do artigo moldado na forma indesejada, triturando o resíduo do artigo moldado, extraindo o solvente a partir do resíduo do artigo moldado triturado.
