Abstract
método e dispositivo para limpeza de fieira durante a produção de não tecido celulósico de filamento contínuo (spunbond). a presente invenção refere-se a um método para limpar uma fieira de filamento contínuo para a produção de não tecido celulósico de filamento contínuo a partir de uma solução de celulose em um solvente orgânico aquoso por extrusão da solução através de orifícios de bocal da fieira de filamento contínuo para formar filamentos e esticar os filamentos na direção de extrusão por meio de um fluxo de gás, durante cujo método celulose contendo contaminações se acumulará na superfície da fieira. o método de acordo com a invenção compreende as etapas de: a) pulverizar a contaminação com um fluido aquoso que precipita a celulose; b) retirar e transportar a contaminação por meio do fluxo de gás.
