Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к устройству для получения частиц и способу его осуществления. В соответствии с настоящим изобретением жидкость (3) распыляют капельными струями (4) с помощью по меньшей мере двух распылителей (2). В соответствии с изобретением по меньшей мере два распылителя (2) направлены навстречу друг другу таким образом, что полученные в них капельные струи (4) сталкиваются друг с другом, образуя туман, и устройство также содержит термический реактор, в котором туман формирует частицы со средним аэродинамическим диаметром менее 1000 нм.
