Abstract

Un proceso para producir grafeno, caracterizado por la etapa de: introducir una solución (102) de un alcóxido de metal en un disolvente en un aparato de descomposición, en el que la etapa de introducir la solución incluye crear gotitas que comprenden una aspersión o bruma o aerosol (108) de la solución de alcóxido de metal, en el que el aparato de descomposición incluye una primera región (106) que tiene una temperatura suficientemente alta para causar la descomposición térmica del alcóxido de metal, para producir grafeno y en el que se crean las gotitas y se introducen en una corriente de gas (110).
