método e aparelho para produzir uma parte dispensadora de um recipiente e parte dispensadora de um recipiente. um método compreende em sequência as etapas de: dispensar um extrudado polimérico contínuo (8) em um estado fundido; separar do extrudado contínuo (8) uma dose (14) tendo essencialmente a forma de um paralelepípedo, a dose (14) tendo uma superfície de separação (65) na qual a dose (14) foi separada do extrudado contínuo (8), a dose (14) tendo ainda uma face (22) adjacente à superfície de separação (65); transportar a dose (14) para um molde (11) que compreende uma primeira parte do molde (23) e uma segunda parte do molde (24); moldar a dose (14) no molde (11) movendo a primeira parte do molde (23) e a segunda parte do molde (24) uma em direção à outra em uma direção de moldagem (y) disposta transversalmente à dita face (22), obtendo assim uma parte distribuidora (2; 102) de um recipiente. a dita parte distribuidora (2, 102) compreende: uma zona de borda (3, 103) adequada para ser unida a um corpo de recipiente; um gargalo (4, 104) envolvendo uma passagem (50) através da qual um produto contido no recipiente pode ser dispensado; uma membrana (43, 143) que fecha a passagem (50), destinando-se a passagem (50) a ser aberta após a etapa de conformação, para que o dito produto possa fluir para fora.
