Montagem de microcirurgia robótica (1) compreendendo pelo menos uma ferramenta principal (2), adequada para detectar um comando manual; pelo menos um manipulador escravo (3); pelo menos um instrumento cirúrgico (70) operado pelo referido manipulador escravo (3); pelo menos uma unidade de controle (4) configurada para receber pelo menos um primeiro sinal de comando compreendendo informações sobre o referido comando manual e enviar um segundo sinal de comando para pelo menos um atuador para controlar o referido manipulador escravo (3); em que o referido instrumento cirúrgico compreende pelo menos um subconjunto articulado (5); e em que o referido subconjunto articulado (5) compreende uma primeira ligação (6), uma segunda ligação (7), e uma terceira ligação (8); e em que o corpo estrutural da referida primeira ligação (9) e o corpo estrutural da referida segunda ligação (10) compreendem pelo menos uma superfície de contato do tendão (18), evitando que a referida pelo menos uma superfície de contato do tendão (18) seja uma superfície de orifício.
