Abstract

INSTRUMENTO CIRÚRGICO E PLATAFORMA PARA INSTRUMENTO CIRÚRGICO. A presente invenção refere-se a plataforma para instrumento cirúrgico: base, montagens de ajuste e de instrumento; a de ajuste é disposta na base e compreende braço mecânico; a de instrumento compreende instrumento cirúrgico e plataforma para instrumento. O instrumento cirúrgico é disposto de forma destacável na plataforma para instrumento, que é acoplada à extremidade do braço mecânico. O instrumento cirúrgico compreende, conectados sequencialmente, extremidade de manipulação, montagem de conexão e efetor de extremidade, além de elementos sensor, de acionamento, de transmissão e de controle. A montagem de conexão compreende primeira e segunda estruturas de conexão. Extremidade proximal da primeira estrutura de conexão é acoplada à extremidade de manipulação e extremidade distal da primeira estrutura de conexão é acoplada à plataforma para instrumento. Extremidade distal da segunda estrutura de conexão é acoplada ao efetor de extremidade e uma extremidade proximal da segunda estrutura de conexão é acoplada à plataforma para instrumento. O elemento de sensor detecta o movimento da primeira estrutura de conexão e o de controle controla o de acionamento com base no movimento detectado da primeira estrutura de conexão para acionar o movimento da segunda estrutura de conexão através do elemento de transmissão. A presente invenção permite operação cirúrgica mais precisa, confiável e menos trabalhosa.
