Abstract

a presente invenção lida com um processo para produzir um tubo revestido. o processo compreende (i) homopolimerizar etileno ou copolimerizar etileno e um comonômero alfa-olefina em uma primeira etapa de polimerização na presença de um catalisador de polimerização para produzir um primeiro homo- ou copolímero de etileno tendo uma densidade de 940 a 980 kg/m3 e uma taxa de fluidez mfr2 de 1 a 2000 g/10 min; (ii) homopolimerizar etileno ou copolimerizar etileno e um comonômero alfa-olefina em uma segunda etapa de polimerização na presença de um primeiro homo- ou copolímero de etileno para produzir uma primeira mistura de polímero de etileno compreendendo o primeiro homo- ou copolímero de etileno e um segundo homo- ou copolímero de etileno, a dita primeira mistura de polímero de etileno tendo uma densidade de 940 a 980 kg/m3 e uma taxa de fluidez mfr2 de 10 a 2000 g/10 min; (iii) copolimerizar etileno e um comonômero alfa-olefina em uma terceira etapa de polimerização na presença da primeira mistura de polímero de etileno para produzir uma segunda mistura de polímero de etileno compreendendo a primeira mistura de polímero de etileno e um terceiro copolímero de etileno, a dita segunda mistura de polímero de etileno tendo uma densidade de 915 a 965 kg/m3, preferivelmente de 930 a 955 kg/m3 e uma taxa de fluidez mfr5 de 0,2 a 10 g/10 min; (iv) prover um tubo tendo uma camada de superfície externa; (v) aplicar uma composição de revestimento sobre a camada de superfície externa do tubo para formar uma camada de revestimento superior, em que a composição de revestimento compreende a segunda mistura de polímero de etileno.
