Abstract

usina misturadora de concreto com tempo de ciclo reduzido e tempo de instalação e desmontagem reduzido e método para sua operação tendo por objeto um método para operar uma usina misturadora de concreto que compreende: - carregar agregados compreendendo areia e pedras em uma caixa de armazenamento de agregados (2), dividida em diferentes compartimentos, a partir do nível do solo por carregador com rodas (1); - descarregar o material das caixas de armazenamento (2) por gravidade através de portas de mistura (3) providas em seu fundo em uma tremonha de pesagem (5); - elevar os agregados após serem pesados na tremonha de pesagem (5) de 2 metros para 3 metros a 3,5 metros acima do nível do solo hidraulicamente (8); - transportar simultaneamente cimento através do transportador helicoidal (12) para um pesador de cimento (11) e descarregar o mesmo no misturador (9); - misturar e compactar os agregados, que são cimento, água e produtos químicos, por um tempo predeterminado; - descarregar o concreto misturado e compactado em uma tremonha de transporte de concreto (15); - transportar a tremonha de transporte de concreto (15) com o concreto até a altura desejada elevando-se hidraulicamente sobre trilho (16), por disposição de cremalheira e pinhão ou cabo; e - carregar o concreto em misturador de trânsito móvel (18) ou bomba de concreto, com base na exigência do local.
