Abstract

um sistema de desconexão e bloqueio de diferencial de eixo para veículos de eixo único ou múltiplos eixos, que permite ao veículo engatar e desengatar seletivamente uma haste de semieixo a partir da engrenagem planetária diferencial. além disso, o sistema permite que o veículo alterne seletivamente entre os modos de condução do diferencial bloqueado e desbloqueado. o sistema possui uma primeira posição, uma segunda posição e uma terceira posição. na primeira posição, o sistema não está engatado na forma de engrenamento com a engrenagem planetária diferencial ou com a caixa do diferencial. na segunda posição, o sistema está engatado na forma de engrenamento com a engrenagem planetária diferencial, mas não está engatado na forma de engrenamento com a caixa do diferencial. na terceira posição, o sistema não está engatado na forma de engrenamento com a engrenagem planetária diferencial e com a caixa do diferencial. em uma modalidade, o sistema é um colar deslizante. de acordo com outra modalidade, o sistema inclui um colar de desconexão do eixo, um colar de bloqueio de diferencial e um membro de polarização disposto entre eles.
