Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um implante bioreabsorvível (1) para complementar ou substituir tecido duro e/ou tecido mole, que compreende pelo menos uma fibra/agrupamento de fibras de reforço ou uma estrutura de fibra ou construto de fibra (2) que é produzido a partir de um primeiro componente de material e que é embutido em uma matriz (3) após ser misturada com um segundo componente de material. o material do primeiro componente de material contém pelo menos um dos elementos do grupo que consiste em seda, quito-sano, colágeno, policaprolactona, poli(d,l-lactídeo), poli(lactídeo-coglicolídeo), poliglicolídeo, poliuretano e polipropileno, em que o segundo componente de material está presente na forma granular ou em pó no momento de tempo em que o componente de material é misturado com as fibras/agrupamento de fibras, estrutura de fibra ou construto de fibra (2). a invenção se refere, igualmente, a um método para produzir tal implante (1).
