Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um aro de base côncava e a um aro de base côncava para rodas de veículo de veículos comerciais. o aro tem uma pluralidade de zonas, que formam um flange de aro interno (11) e um flange de aro externo (20), um assento de talão afunilado íngreme interno (12) e um assento de talão afunilado íngreme externo (19) e uma base côncava de aro com uma base de centro côncava (13), um flanco de base côncava interno (14) e um flanco de base côncava externo (15) entre os assentos de talão afunilados íngremes, em que uma das zonas é fornecida como uma região de ligação de disco a para um disco de roda (50), e o aro de base côncava tem pelo menos uma zona parcial com uma espessura de parede reduzida em relação às outras zonas. de acordo com a invenção, é previsto que pelo menos um dos assentos de talão afunilados íngremes (12, 19), de preferência ambos os assentos de talão afunilados íngremes (12, 19), tem/têm uma seção com uma redução da espessura da parede superior a 20% em relação à espessura da parede na zona fornecida como a região de ligação do disco (a), em que a redução da espessura da parede é produzida durante uma das etapas de perfilagem.
