Abstract
é provido um método para refinar sugammadex sódico: adição de um agente protetor a um sugammadex sódico bruto e obtenção de um sugammadex sódico puro por recristalização sob a proteção de gás inerte. entre eles, o agente protetor é um ou uma mistura de dois ou mais compostos, em qualquer proporção, selecionados do grupo que consiste em mercaptoetanol, tioglicolato, éster de tioglicolato, mercaptopropionato, éster de mercaptopropionato, glutationa, cisteína, cistamina, ditioeritritol, ditiotreitol, composto organofosforado trisubstituído e sal do composto organofosforado trisubstituído. o método é simples em termos de operação, excelente em termos de pureza do produto, bom em termos de economia e mais adequado para produção industrial.
