Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um aparelhos de produção de monofilamentos com várias extremidades, compreendendo as seguintes unidades de processo sequenciais ao longo da direção de fluxo dos monofilamentos: uma máquina de fiação vertical (1) compreendendo uma fieira (11) e uma placa de distribuição (12) abaixo da fieira; um banho de água (2) para arrefecimento de monofilamentos fiados; um dispositivo de jato de vácuo (3) para transferência de monofilamentos do banho de água; um jato de vapor (4) capaz de fornecer vapor superaquecido a uma temperatura dentro do intervalo entre 300 °c e 380 °c e a uma pressão dentro do intervalo entre 4 bar (400 kpa) e 5 bar (500 kpa); uma unidade de estiramento (5); e um bobinador de monofilamento (6) para enrolar os monofilamentos a uma velocidade superior a 500 m/min. a presente invenção se refere ainda a um método para produção de fio de monofilamento com várias extremidades.
