Abstract

a invenção diz respeito a um método para dobramento de um painel de vidro (2) em um forno (1), em que dito forno tendo uma entrada (10) e uma saída (11) compreendendo as seguintes etapas: - prover (s100) um painel de vidro (2) em um suporte (3), o suporte (3) sendo preaquecido, - introduzir (s200) o painel de vidro montado (2) na entrada (10) do forno (1) para um processo de dobramento, - descarregar (s300) o painel de vidro montado dobrado (2?) na saída do forno (1), - retirar (s400) o painel de vidro montado dobrado (2?) do suporte (3), - afixar (s500) o isolamento térmico (4) no suporte (3), - retornar (s600) o suporte (3) e o isolamento térmico (4) por meio de um dispositivo de transporte (5), e - remover (s700) o isolamento térmico (4) antes de um novo processo de montagem, em que as etapas supramencionadas são realizadas novamente de uma maneira cíclica.
