Abstract

método para fabricação de uma placa de núcleo é provido um método para fabricação de uma placa de núcleo (1), que tem um forro de núcleo anular (11) e uma pluralidade de dentes (12) que se estendem a partir do forro de núcleo em direção ao centro (o) do mesmo. a placa de núcleo é obtida realizando-se uma etapa de perfuração, uma etapa de enrolamento, uma etapa de usinagem de tensão e uma etapa de recozimento. na etapa de usinagem de tensão, uma tensão por compressão é transmitida ao forro de núcleo ou a um forro de núcleo em forma de faixa (21) que deve ser formado no forro de núcleo após o enrolamento. na etapa de recozimento, seguinte à etapa de usinagem de tensão, o forro de núcleo ou o forro de núcleo em forma de faixa é recristalizado por recozimento. esta configuração habilita melhora das propriedades magnéticas nos dentes, e também habilita a prevenção de deterioração de propriedades magnéticas no forro de núcleo.
