Abstract
processo para operação de um sistema com acionamentos acoplados mecanicamente um ao outro, em particular sem escorregamento, e computador superior, que está conectado por meio de conexão de dados com os acionamentos e com um sistema, em que em cada acionamento é determinado um valor efetivo de torque, é transmitido por meio de conexão de barramento de dados ao computador superior, em que o mesmo determina para cada acionamento um valor teórico de torque associado a esse respectivo acionamento, em que o computador superior apresenta controladores, em que a cada acionamento está associado, particularmente, claramente, um dos controladores, em que o controlador associado ao respectivo acionamento regula o valor efetivo de torque do respectivo acionamento para o valor teórico de torque do respectivo acionamento, através do valor de ajuste ele determina o valor teórico de velocidade associado ao respectivo acionamento e, transmite o mesmo ao respectivo acionamento, em particular, por meio de conexão de barramento de dados, em que o respectivo acionamento apresenta um respectivo controlador, que é fornecido o valor efetivo de velocidade de um motor elétrico do acionamento, determinando no acionamento, ao respetivo valor teórico de velocidade transmitido pelo computador superior, através do ajuste da tensão do motor ou a corrente do motor do motor elétrico do respectivo acionamento.
