Abstract

é fornecido um equipamento de forjamento com cilindros onde vários moldes podem ser dispostos na direção circunferencial do eixo de rolamento e com o que a interferência entre a unidade de retenção e alimentação do material e o eixo de rolamento não aparece facilmente. esse equipamento de forjamento com cilindros é fornecido com: um par de eixos de cilindro (10) cujos eixos são paralelos entre si e que cada um tem moldes ligados a ele; e uma unidade de retenção e alimentação de material (60) para alimentar o material a ser conformado entre o par de eixos de rolamento. cada um do par de eixos de rola-mento tem várias superfícies de ligação aos moldes (11a - 11d) dispostas na direção circunferencial, e uma superfície periférica externa de cada eixo de rolamento entre quaisquer duas das várias superfícies de ligação aos moldes é constituída de modo a ser mais similar a uma superfície plana mais do que a uma superfície cilíndrica (l1) centrada nos eixos.
