Abstract

PROCESSO PARA ENCHIMENTO DE UM MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO DE ESFERA COM CORPOS DE ROLAMENTO BEM COMO MANCAL DE ROLAMENTO DE ESFERA CHEIO PELO PROCESSO. A invenção refere-se a um processo para enchimento de mancal de rolamento de esfera com corpos de rolamento, cujo mancal de rolamento de esfera (1) consiste essencialmente em um anel de mancal (2) exterior e um anel de mancal (3) interior bem como em uma pluralidade de rolos de esfera (4) dispostos entre esses anéis de mancal (2, 3), que apresentam respectivamente duas faces laterais (5, 6) dispostas paralelamente entre si, achatadas simetricamente de uma forma básica de esfera, e são retidas a distâncias uniformes entre si em direção periférica por uma gaiola de mancal (7), sendo que os rolos de esfera (4) apresentam entre suas áreas laterais (5, 6) uma largura (bK) de cerca de 70% do diâmetro (dK) de sua forma básica de esfera e rolam com suas áreas de rolamento (8) em duas pistas de rolamento (11, 12) em forma de ranhura usinadas no lado interno (9) do anel de mancal (2) exterior e no lado externo (10) do anel de mancal (3) interior, cuja profundidade (tLA, tLI) é dimensionada com cerca de 20% do diâmetro (dK) da forma básica de esfera dos rolos de esfera (4), enquanto que a distância (a,) entre o lado interno (9) do anel de mancal (2) exterior e o lado externo (10) do anel de mancal (3) interior importa apenas em cerca de 60% do diâmetro (dK) da forma básica de esfera dos rolos de esfera (4). Segundo a invenção, o enchimento do mancal de rolamento de esfera (1) ocorre por uma montagem excêntrica axial-basculante dos rolamentos de esfera (4) pela distância (aL) entre os anéis de mancal (2, 3) de tal forma que o mancal de rolamento (1) cheio apresenta um grau de enchimento de cerca de 94% e uma vida útil de até 253%.
