Abstract

descrito é um método para a detecção de um anticorpo de igm específico para um flavivírus em uma amostra, compreendendo as etapas de, (a) contatar a amostra com um suporte sólido compreendendo moléculas de ligação de igm imobilizadas, (b) permitir ligação de anticorpos de igm na amostra às moléculas de ligação de igm no suporte sólido de forma que os anticorpos de igm sejam da mesma forma imobilizados no suporte sólido, e (c) detectar anticorpos de igm específicos para um flavivírus permitindo ligação de um complexo compreendendo (i) um dímero antiparalelo de proteína e de flavivírus solúvel (se) e (ii) um marcador e identificar a ligação do complexo ao anticorpo de igm de flavivírus específico detectando o marcador; e um kit adequado para realizar o método.
