Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a uma configuração de processo para síntese de metanol em grande escala compreendendo um ou mais reatores de água fervente e um ou mais reatores de fluxo radial em série, o(s) reator(es) de água fervente sendo alimentados com gás de síntese complementar aproximadamente fresco. o loop de síntese de metanol compreende um compressor de gás complementar k1, um compressor de gás de reciclo k2, dois ou mais conversores de água fervente para síntese de metanol (a1, a2,..), um conversor de fluxo radial (b) para síntese de metanol, um tambor de vapor (v1), um separador de alta pressão (v2), um separador de baixa pressão (v3), trocadores de calor com alimentação de efluentes (e1 e e2), uma coluna de lavagem (c), um arrefecedor de ar (e3) e um arrefecedor de água (e4).
