Abstract

a presente revelação se refere a um processo contínuo para a preparação de homopolímeros de etileno ou copolímeros de etileno que compreende polimerizar etileno ou copolimerizar etileno e uma ou mais outras olefinas na presença de um catalisador de cromo em um reator de polimerização de fase gasosa que é equipado com um gasoduto cíclico para retirar gás de reator do reator, de modo a levar o gás de reator através de um trocador de calor para resfriar e alimentar o gás de reator de volta ao reator, sendo que a polimerização é realizada em uma temperatura de 30 °c a 130 °c e uma pressão de 0,1 a 10 mpa, e um éster de ácido carboxílico alifático que tem de 8 a 24 átomos de carbono é adicionado.
