Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se ao uso in vitro de um kit ou dispositivo compreendendo um microchip que compreende um substrato, em que o dito substrato compreende pelo menos um canal no substrato, o canal compreendendo uma entrada, uma saída, e um caminho de fluxo que conecta a entrada e a saída, em que a entrada e a saída definem em conjunto um plano médio; e uma porção do caminho de fluxo se desloca transversalmente através do plano médio , em que a porção do caminho de fluxo que se desloca transversalmente através do plano médio inclui um local de reconhecimento ou área sensora para detectar um analito alvo; para a detecção de um analito como resultado do calor gerado pelas nanopartículas metálicas quando elas são irradiadas com uma fonte externa de luz.
