Abstract
diagnóstico molecular fácil e preciso de genes específicos de doença com capacidade para ser detectado a olho nu através da amplificação do gene-alvo para bloquear seletivamente a trajetória de fluido em um dispositivo microfluídico. especificamente, a presente invenção inclui uma amplificação isotérmica de genes-alvos através de uma amplificação por círculo rolante, um dispositivo microfluídico para a detecção de genes de patógeno, e um método de detecção que usa o mesmo. portanto, a presente invenção pode detectar de maneira conveniente um único gene-alvo, como um único patógeno, ou ao mesmo tempo, vários genes-alvo, como vários patógenos, sem equipamentos mecânicos complicados.
