Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um método para fracionamento de uma mistura bruta compreendendo pelo menos um óleo e pelo menos uma cera, que compreende as seguintes etapas de método: (a) realização de um fase de pré-fracionamento como uma camada de cristalização (i) com uma mistura bruta compreendendo pelo menos um óleo e pelo menos uma cera ou (ii) com uma mistura bruta de solventes obtida pela adição antes da fase de pré-fracionamento de no máximo 100 % em peso de solvente em relação ao peso da mistura bruta, para preparar uma primeira fração contendo óleo com baixo teor de cera e uma segunda fração contendo cera com baixo teor de óleo, (b) realização de uma primeira fase de cristalização incluindo (b1) uma primeira subfase de cristalização em suspensão com a primeira fração contendo óleo com baixo teor em cera para preparar uma terceira fração contendo óleo desparafinado e uma quarta fração e (b2) após a primeira subfase de cristalização em suspensão, uma segunda subfase de cristalização em suspensão com uma mistura da quarta fração obtida na etapa de método (b1) e a segunda fração contendo cera com baixo teor de óleo obtida na fase de pré-fracionamento da etapa de método (a) para preparar uma quinta fração contendo cera bruta e uma sexta fração.
