a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de detecção de produto e amplificação de pcr. o sistema utiliza um subsistema de aquecimento fotônico uniforme e direto para mediar a amplificação de pcr de alto rendimento de reação em reação, detectável por um subsistema de detecção de fluorescência. também é revelado o monitoramento de temperatura de reação em reação para regulação térmica de retroalimentação dinâmica. também são revelados métodos para usar os mesmos.
