Abstract
método para a regulação do movimento de tucho e das forças de tucho em servoprensas híbridas multiponto, nas quais o acionamento servoelétrico atribuído a cada ponto de pressão ou a cada grupo de pontos de pressão do tucho, como função principal, através de uma função de eixo de comando com os acionamentos integrados na prensa como função secundária na forma de almofadas de pressão hidráulicas nos pontos de pressão do acionamento de tucho e/ou almofadas de processo que atuam como almofadas de máquinas ou de ferramentas ficam em uma tal interação combinatória que por um lado, no caso da potência de acionamento reduzida, obtém-se uma elevada força de fechamento do tucho antes e durante sua fase de manter fechado para moldagem e cura da peça prensada moldada a quente e uma pequena forma de abertura do tucho após a fase de manter fechado e de modo que por outro lado para fins de compensação de flutuações no processo devido a fatores de influência mecânicos e térmicos variáveis sobre as propriedade das peças moldadas prensadas a quente, as almofadas hidráulicas possam ser reguladas independentemente entre si, nos pontos de pressão do tucho e/ou as almofadas de processo, respectivamente antes, durante e após a fase de manter fechado o tucho na área do ponto de reversão inferior, em função do trajeto e da força para uma regulação ativa de profundidade de imersão e de inclinação, em combinação com o acionamento principal servoelétrico.
