Abstract
a presente invenção provê um método para modificar um sítio alvejado em dna de duplo filamento possuído por células de plantas monocotiledôneas, que inclui uma etapa para, ao trazer um complexo, no qual um módulo de reconhecimento de sequência de ácido nucleico que se liga especificamente a uma sequência de nucleotídeos alvos em um dna de duplo filamento selecionado é ligado a uma enzima conversora de base de ácido nucleico, em contato com o dna de duplo filamento, convertendo um ou mais nucleotídeos no sítio alvejado para um ou mais nucleotídeos diferentes, deletando um ou mais nucleotídeos no sítio alvejado, ou inserindo um ou mais nucleotídeos no sítio alvejado, sem clivar pelo menos um dos filamentos do dna de duplo filamento no sítio alvejado, em que o contato entre o dna de duplo filamento e o complexo é alcançado ao introduzir uma codificação de ácido nucleico para o complexo às células de plantas monocotiledôneas. além disso, é provido também o complexo a ser usado neste método, no qual o módulo de reconhecimento de sequência de ácido nucleico que se liga especificamente a uma sequência de nucleotídeos alvos em um dna de duplo filamento possuído por células de plantas monocotiledôneas é ligado a uma enzima conversora de base de ácido nucleico.
