Abstract
válvula limitadora de pressão (10, 10?, 10??), com uma carcaça de válvula (12), um pistão de válvula (18) e uma mola de ajuste de limitação de pressão (28), sendo que: na carcaça de válvula (12) está prevista pelo menos uma entrada de válvula (14) e pelo menos uma saída de válvula (16); o pistão de válvula (18) pode assumir uma posição de abertura, na qual a entrada de válvula (14) e a saída de válvula (16) estão conectadas uma com a outra, e pelo menos uma posição de fecho, na qual a entrada de válvula (14) e a saída de válvula (16) estão separadas uma da outra; o pistão de válvula (18) apresenta um primeiro anel de pistão (20), com uma superfície de vedação (40) e um segundo anel de pistão (22); o primeiro anel de pistão (20) apresenta uma superfície ativa pneumática menor do que o segundo anel de pistão (22); o pistão de válvula (18) apresenta entre o primeiro anel de pistão (20) e o segundo anel de pistão (22) uma seção do tipo cone truncado, que se estreita em direção ao primeiro anel de pistão (20); na posição de fecho a superfície de vedação (40) do primeiro anel de pistão (20) está fechada hermeticamente por deslizamento contra um ressalto da carcaça (24), por uma força pneumática, que atua sobre o primeiro anel (20) e sobre o segundo anel (22) e que está dirigida no sentido contrário à força da mola de ajuste de limitação de pressão (28); e, ainda, no pistão de válvula (18) está presente uma passagem pneumática (26) para formação de uma função de válvula de segurança, que pode ser fechada por um corpo de válvula de segurança (32) carregado por mola.
