Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir produtos pré-fundidos em um invólucro hermético, o qual compreende as etapas de uma carbonatação de unidades pré-fundidas de concreto pré-secadas pela alimentação de gás co2 para o interior de um invólucro hermético fechado sob condições de pressão atmosférica quase ambiente (psig entre 0 e 2 (pa entre 101325 e 115115)) e/ou baixa pressão (entre 2 e 15 psig (entre 115115 e 204746 pa)), em que ditas unidades de concreto pré-secadas perderam entre 25 a 60% de seu teor de água de mistura inicial.
