Abstract

a invenção diz respeito a uma ferramenta de esmeril compreendendo um corpo de suporte, no qual é disposta uma pluralidade de lamelas de esmeril (8). as lamelas de esmeril (8) possuem, respectivamente, um revestimento (16) e um meio abrasivo (22), que é ligado ao revestimento (16) por meio de um agente ligante (23). para aumento da vida útil e da remoção de material como um todo, as lamelas de esmeril (8) são endurecidas por meio de uma resina de preenchimento (25) curada. por meio do endurecimento das lamelas de esmeril (8), a deflexão cíclica destas é reduzida a uma posição nula após a usinagem da peça de trabalho, em função do que é possível evitar um aumento do desgaste das lamelas de esmeril (8).
