Abstract
a invenção provê um método para produção de uma composição de poliacrilamida reticulada com aldeído útil para papel de reforço. o método compreende as etapas, em que a) um reticulador de aldeído e poliacrilamida são misturados em água para formar uma solução aquosa de prepolímero de poliacrilamida reticulada com aldeído; b) o ácido é adicionado a dita solução de prepolímero aquoso para ajustar o ph da solução a um valor de 1 a 5; c) armazenando e transportando a dita solução de prepolímero para a localização em que a composição final de poliacrilamida glioxalada deve ser empregada; e d) adicionando uma base à solução estabilizada de prepolímero para ajustar o ph da solução a um valor de 5,5 a 12, e e) permitindo o reticulador de aldeído e poliacrilamida contidos na solução de prepolímero de poliacrilamida reticulada com aldeído reagir ainda e formar a composição de poliacrilamida reticulada com aldeído útil para papel de reforço.
